TRAFFIC ADVICE
Temporary Traffic Arrangements on Temple Street and Hi Lung Lane, Yau Ma Tei
Motorists are advised that to facilitate works, the following temporarily traffic arrangements will be implemented in Yau Ma Tei from 7.00 am to 4.00 pm daily on every Monday to Saturday from 11 December 2025 to 31 March 2026:
The section of Hi Lung Lane between Temple Street and Arthur Street will be temporarily closed to all vehicles exceeding 7 metres in length.
2. Banning of Turning Movement
All vehicles exceeding 7 metres in length on Temple Street northbound will be prohibited from making right turn movement onto Hi Lung Lane.
Affected vehicles on Hi Lung Lane or Temple Street northbound heading for Arthur Street will be diverted via Temple Street northbound, Man Ming Lane eastbound and Arthur Street southbound.
Appropriate traffic signs and road markings will be erected on site to guide motorists.
