Members of public are advised that to facilitate construction works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented in Kwun Tong from 10.00 am on 16 December 2025 to 6.00 pm on 18 December 2025.

Part of the slow lane of Cha Kwo Ling Road eastbound of about 90 metres near Tin Hau Temple will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.

  (2)  Public Transport Arrangements

The GMB stop for Kowloon GMB Route Nos. 23B and 23C on Cha Kwo Ling Road eastbound near Tin Hau Temple will be temporarily suspended.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists. Motorists are advised to observe the instruction and drive with utmost care. Notices will also be displayed by public transport operators to advise passengers of the above arrangement.
