Temporary Traffic and Transport Arrangements at Tai Tong, Yuen Long
Members of the public are advised that to facilitate visitors going to Tai Lam Country Park, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented at Tai Tong:
(A) Road Closure
The section of Tai Tong Shan Road between the Pavilion and Tai Tong Shan Road Car Park will be intermittently closed to all vehicular traffic from 7.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. daily on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays from 13 December 2025 to 11 January 2026.
(B) Public Transport Arrangements
Bus services operate in Tai Tong will be enhanced with details as follows:
(i) MTR Bus Route No. K66A (Long Ping – Tai Tong Shan Road)*#
* Short working departures may be operated from Long Ping with bus stops at Yuet Ping House, Long Ping Estate (near MTR Long Ping Station), Tai Tong Roundabout and Tai Tong Shan Road (near pavilion), depending on passenger demand.

Operating period
From 13 December 2025 to 11 January 2026
On Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays:
From 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. for Tai Tong Shan Road bound service; and
From 1.45 p.m. to 5.45 p.m. for Long Ping bound service.
Fare
$5.1 per single journey for adult and $2.2 per single journey for child and senior citizen.
(ii) KMB Route No. 68R (YOHO Mall Transport Interchange – Tai Tong)
Operating period
On 25 and 26 December 2025
From 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. for Tai Tong bound service; and
From 10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. for YOHO Mall Transport Interchange bound service.
Fare
$8.1 per single journey for adult.
The bus operators will display notices to inform passengers of the above arrangements.
Actual implementation of and adjustments to the arrangement of road closure, traffic control and public transport services diversion will be made by the Police at the time depending on the prevailing circumstances, traffic and crowd conditions in the areas.
Appropriate temporary traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists. Motorists are advised not to drive to the affected areas, and to drive with utmost care and patience and take heed of the instruction given by the Police on site.
