In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 1.05 am to 5.30 am daily on 13, 16, 18 and 20 December 2025, Tate's Cairn Highway (northbound) from a point about 785 meters south of its junction with Tolo Highway (northbound) to a point about 290 meters south of the same junction will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 50 kilometres per hour.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.

        At the same time, the existing speed limit of 80 kilometres per hour on the above road section will be temporarily rescinded.
