In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 19 December 2025, the following road sections will be designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:

• the eastern kerbside lane of Container Port Road South from its junction with Tat Mei Road to a point about 15 metres south of the same junction;
• Tat Mei Road;
• the eastern and western kerbside lanes of the unnamed road from its junction with Tat Mei Road to a point about 13 metres north of the same junction;
• the eastern kerbside lane of Container Port Road South between Tat Mei Road and Ching Chueng Road; and
• the southern kerbside lane of Ching Cheung Road from its junction with Container Port Road South to a point about 232 metres east of the same junction.

Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:-

• picking up or setting down passengers; or
• loading or unloading goods.

The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate road markings.

At the same time, the existing restricted zones on the above road sections will be rescinded.
