In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 21 December 2025, the following road sections in Yau Ma Tei will be designated as prohibited zones for pedestrian and cyclist 24 hours daily:

1. 1. the section of Yau Ma Tei Interchange westbound from a point about 50 metres west of its junction with Hoi Wang Road northbound leading to Hong Kong (W); and
      
      
   2. the section of Yau Ma Tei Interchange westbound from a point about 50 metres west of its junction with Hoi Wang Road northbound leading to Sham Shui Po.

       Pedestrian and cyclist will be prohibited from entering into the above prohibited zones.

       The extent of the prohibited zones will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs.
