In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 a.m. on 19 December 2025 to 6.00 p.m. on 30 April 2026, the following road sections will be temporarily designated as restricted zone 24 hours daily:

1. 1. the section of Cheung Shun Street from a point about 50 metres west from its junction with Cheung Mou Street to a point about 60 metres east of the same junction; and
      
      
   2. the section of Cheung Mou Street from its junction with Cheung Shun Street to a point about 25 metres south of the same junction.

         Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

            (a)  picking up or setting down passengers; or

            (b)  loading or unloading goods.

         The extent of the restricted zones will indicated by appropriate road markings.

         At the same time, the existing restricted zones on the above road sections will be temporarily rescinded.
