ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374G)
TEMPORARY RESTRICTED ZONE ON CUMBERLAND ROAD, KOWLOON TONG

      In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 23 December 2025 to 31 January 2026, the western kerbside lane of Cumberland Road from a point about 10 metres south of its junction with Lincoln Road to a point about 35 metres south of the same junction will be temporarily designated as restricted zone 24 hours daily during the periods specified below:

1. 1. on 23 December 2025, and from 2 January 2026 to 31 January 2026 (except Sundays), 4.00 p.m. to 11.00 p.m. daily; and
      
      
   2. From 24 December 2025 to 1 January 2026 (except Sundays), 24 hours daily.

        Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

           (a)  picking up or setting down passengers; or

           (b)  loading or unloading goods.

        The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate road markings.
