In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 8.00 am on 22 December 2025 to 6.00 pm on 12 May 2026, the eastern kerbside lane of Temple Street from its junction with Hi Lung Lane to a point about 20 metres south of the same junction will be temporarily designated as restricted zone 24 hours daily.
Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:
(a) picking up or setting down passengers; or
The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic road markings
