Members of the public are advised that in order to facilitate lift installation works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented on Yat Ming Road, Fanling from 12.00 midnight to 5.00 am on one day between 29 December 2025 and 2 January 2026 (except Public Holiday):

(1) LANE CONVERSION AND ROAD CLOSURE

1. A section of Yat Ming Road westbound from a point about 80 metres east of its junction with the unnamed access road leading to King Shing Court to a point about 160 metres east of the same junction will be temporarily converted from two-lane two-way traffic into one-lane two-way traffic; and
2. The general lay-by on Yat Ming Road westbound near Buddhist Ching Kok Lin Association School will be temporarily closed.

(2) PUBLIC TRANSPORT SERVICE ARRANGEMENTS

The bus stop on Yat Ming Road westbound near Buddhist Ching Kok Lin Association School will be temporarily relocated. Details are as follows:

          Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists. Motorists are advised to follow the instructions on site and drive in utmost care. The bus company will display notices to advise passengers of the above temporary arrangement.
