ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (Chapter 374G)
TEMPORARY PROHIBITED ZONE ON THE UNNAMED ROAD CONNECTING TO CHUNG LING ROAD, SHA TIN

        In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that from 8 am on 3 January 2026 to 8 pm on 31 December 2029, the unnamed road connecting to Chung Ling Road will be temporarily designated as a prohibited zone 24 hours daily for all vehicles, except private cars, taxis and motorcycles. Drivers of all vehicles, except private cars, taxis, motorcycles and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from driving vehicles into this temporary prohibited zone.

        The exact boundaries of the temporary prohibited zone of the unnamed road connecting to Chung Ling Road are delineated by hatching on the drawing shown in the Schedule.
