Members of the public are advised that to facilitate lifting works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented on Fung Shue Wo Road from 12.00 midnight to 5.00 a.m. on 21 and 28 December 2025:

1. 1. The fast lane of Fung Shue Wo Road northbound from its junction with Tsing Sum Street to a point about 70 metres south of the same junction will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic; and
   2. The section of Fung Shue Wo Road northbound from its junction with Tsing Sum Street to a point about 200 metres north of the same junction will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.

(II)        Banning of Turning Movement

1. 1. All vehicles will be temporarily prohibited from making left turn from Tsing Sum Street eastbound onto Fung Shue Wo Road northbound.

(III)       Traffic Diversion

1. 1. Affected vehicles on Fung Shue Wo Road northbound heading for Tsing Yu Street will be diverted to travel via Tsing Sum Street westbound, Tsing Sum Street eastbound, Fung Shue Wo Road southbound, Fung Shue Wo Road roundabout, Tsing King Road northbound, Tsing Luk Street westbound and Tsing Yip Street westbound; and
   2. Affected vehicles on Tsing Sum Street eastbound heading for Fung Shue Wo Road northbound will be diverted to travel via Fung Shue Wo Road southbound, Fung Shue Wo Road roundabout, Tsing King Road northbound, Tsing Luk Street westbound and Tsing Yip Street westbound.

(IV)      Temporary Public Transport Service Arrangement

    Diversion of Bus and GMB routes

1. 1. KMB Route Nos. 42C (Lam Tin Station bound), 43B (Tsuen Wan West Station bound), 44 (Mong Kok East Station bound), 44M (Tsing Yi Station bound), 49X (Kwong Yuen bound), 241X (Kowloon City Ferry bound), 243M (Tsuen Wan (Discovery Park) bound), N41X (Cheung Wang Estate bound) and N241 (Cheung Wang Estate bound) and XHT Route No. 948 (Cheung On Estate bound) will be diverted to travel via Tsing King Road northbound, Tsing Luk Street westbound and Tsing Yip Street westbound before resuming their original routeings; and
   2. NT GMB Route No. 88 (Tsing Yi Estate bound) will be diverted to travel via Tsing King Road northbound and Tsing Luk Street westbound before resuming its original routeing.

            Arrangement of Bus and GMB stops

1. 1. The bus stop of KMB Route Nos. 42C, 43B, 44, 44M, 49X, 241X, 243M, N41X and N241 and XHT Route No. 948 on Fung Shue Wo Road northbound opposite to Yee Yip House, Tsing Yi Estate will be temporarily suspended;
   2. The bus stop of KMB Route Nos. 42C, 43B, 44, 44M, 49X, 241X, 243M, N41X and N241 and XHT Route No. 948 on Fung Shue Wo Road westbound opposite to Greenview Villa will be temporarily relocated to Tsing Luk Street near Greenview Villa;
   3. The GMB stops of NT GMB Route No. 88 on Fung Shue Wo Road northbound opposite to Yee Yip House, Tsing Yi Estate and Tsing Yip Street eastbound near Yee Wai House, Tsing Yi Estate will be temporarily suspended; and
   4. The GMB stop of NT GMB Route No. 88 on Fung Shue Wo Road westbound opposite to Greenview Villa will be temporarily relocated to Tsing Luk Street near Greenview Villa.

Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists. Notices will be displayed by the public transport operators to advise passengers of the above temporary arrangements.
