Temporary Traffic Arrangements
on Kwok Shui Road, Tsuen Wan
Motorists are advised that to facilitate lifting works, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented on Kwok Shui Road from 1.00 a.m. to 5.30 a.m. daily on 30 and 31 December 2025:
Road Closure
The section of Kwok Shui Road between Fu Uk Road and Cheung Wing Road will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.
Traffic Diversion
Affected vehicles on Castle Peak Road – Kwai Chung northbound heading for Kwok Shui Road westbound will be diverted to travel via Cheung Wing Road northbound, Yau Ma Hom Road westbound and Fu Uk Road southbound.
Affected vehicles on Kwok Shui Road eastbound heading for Cheung Wing Road northbound will be diverted via slip road and Castle Peak Road – Kwai Chung eastbound.
Affected vehicles in Ting Kwok Street southbound heading for Cheung Wing Road northbound will be diverted via Kwok Shui Road westbound, slip road and Castle Peak Road – Kwai Chung eastbound.
Affected vehicles on Fu Uk Road southbound heading for Cheung Wing Road northbound will be diverted via Kwok Shui Road westbound, slip road and Castle Peak Road – Kwai Chung eastbound.
Public Transport Service Arrangement
NT GMB route no. 86A (Shek Lei bound) will be diverted via Fu Uk Road northbound, u-turn, Fu Uk Road southbound, Kwok Shui Road westbound, slip road and Castle Peak Road - Kwai Chung eastbound before resuming its original route.
NT GMB route no. 86A (Tsuen Wan bound) will be diverted via Castle Peak Road - Kwai Chung westbound and Castle Peak Road - Tsuen Wan westbound before resuming its original route.
Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.
