ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374G)
RESTRICTED ZONES ON TSING HOI CIRCUIT, TUEN MUN

In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 a.m. on 31 December 2025, the following road sections will be designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:-

    1. the section of Tsing Hoi Circuit from a point about 145 metres west of its northern junction with Castle Peak Road – Castle Peak Bay to a point about 190 metres west of the same junction; and
    2. the eastern kerbside lane of Tsing Hoi Circuit from a point about 88 metres south of its junction with Tsing Wu Square to a point about 275 metres south of the same junction.

          Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

    1. picking up or setting down passengers; or
    2. loading or unloading goods.

          The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate road markings.

          At the same time, the restricted zone gazettes on 5 October 2015 under G.N. No. 7634 and 17 February 2017 under G.N. No. 845 will be rescinded.
