In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 21 December 2025, the following road sections of Kwun Tong and Kowloon City will be designated as prohibited zones for vehicles exceeding 4.6 metres in height 24 hours daily:

1. 1. the section of Kai Tak Interchange from its junction with Kai Cheung Road westbound heading to To Kwa Wan and Hong Kong; and
      
      
   2. the section of Kai Fuk Road westbound from its junction with the entrance of the Tsim Sha Tsui bound of Kai Tak Tunnel to a point about 370 metres east of the same junction.

        Drivers of all motor vehicles, except those with permit issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from driving any vehicles exceeding 4.6 metres in height into the above prohibited zones.

        The extent of the prohibited zones will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs.
