In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) & 40(2)(b) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 21 December 2025, the following sections of Central Kowloon Bypass will be subject to the following speed limit:-

1. 1. the access road leading from Central Kowloon Bypass westbound to the Central Kowloon Bypass (Yau Ma Tei Section Tunnel) Administration Building and Kai Tak Ventilation Building;
   2. the access road leading from Central Kowloon Bypass eastbound to the Central Kowloon Bypass (Yau Ma Tei Section Tunnel) Administration Building and Kai Tak Ventilation Building; and
   3. the access road leading from at Central Kowloon Bypass westbound to Central Kowloon Bypass eastbound.

   b. 50 kilometers per hour or 80 kilometers per hour at different times

1. 1. the section of Central Kowloon Bypass eastbound from its tunnel tube entrance to the exit of its slip road towards Kai Cheung Road/Shing Kai Road;
   2. the section of Central Kowloon Bypass eastbound from its tunnel tube entrance to the exit of its slip road towards Kai Fuk Road;
   3. the section of Central Kowloon Bypass eastbound from its tunnel tube entrance to a point about 370 metres west of the exit of its slip road towards Shing Cheong Road; and
   4. the section of Central Kowloon Bypass westbound from a point about 170 metres west its junction with Shing Cheong Road to the tunnel tube exit of Central Kowloon Bypass westbound.

        Any change in the speed limit in accordance with this notice may be put into effect from time to time be traffic signs to be erected, displayed, replaced, removed or altered so as to ensure that adequate guidance is given to drivers of motor vehicles as to the speed limits currently to be observed on the roads.
