In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 21 December 2025, the following road sections of Central Kowloon Bypass and Kai Tak Interchange will be designated as prohibited zones for vehicles exceeding 4.6 metres in height 24 hours daily:

1. 1. the section of Central Kowloon Bypass within the tunnel area of Central Kowloon Bypass (Yau Ma Tei Section Tunnel); and
      
      
   2. the section of Kai Tak Interchange within the tunnel area of Central Kowloon Bypass (Yau Ma Tei Section Tunnel).

        Drivers of all motor vehicles, except those with permit issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from driving any vehicles exceeding 4.6 metres in height into the above prohibited zones.

        The extent of the prohibited zones will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs.
