In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that the existing bus prohibited zone designated on the staff vehicle access near Goods Vehicle Holding Area of Hong Kong Port Area of Shenzhen Bay Port, as gazetted under G.N. 4826 on 16 August 2024, will be temporarily rescinded during the following periods:

1. From 12.00 a.m. on 1 January 2026 to 11.59 p.m. on 4 January 2026;
2. From 12.00 a.m. on 12 February 2026 to 11.59 p.m. on 1 March 2026;
3. From 12.00 a.m. on 27 March 2026 to 11.59 p.m. on 12 April 2026;
4. From 12.00 a.m. on 29 April 2026 to 11.59 p.m. on 5 May 2026;
5. From 12.00 a.m. on 22 May 2026 to 11.59 p.m. on 25 May 2026;
6. From 12.00 a.m. on 18 June 2026 to 11.59 p.m. on 22 June 2026;
7. From 12.00 a.m. on 24 September 2026 to 11.59 p.m. on 8 October 2026;
8. From 12.00 a.m. on 16 October 2026 to 11.59 p.m. on 20 October 2026; and
9. From 12.00 a.m. on 18 December 2026 to 11.59 p.m. on 31 December 2026.
