Notice is hereby given that, to facilitate the commissioning of Central Kowloon Bypass (Yau Ma Tei Section), the following traffic arrangements will be implemented on Kai Fuk Road from 2.00 am on 21 December 2025:-
The lane line separating the second left lane and the third left lane on the section of Kai Fuk Road eastbound between its slip road leading from Central Kowloon Bypass (Yau Ma Tei Section) eastbound and its slip road leading to Kwun Tong Bypass eastbound will be changed to double white line.
(B) Traffic Diversion
Except franchised buses and vehicles driven by drivers with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport heading for Kwun Tong Bypass eastbound via the bus lane on Kai Fuk Road eastbound near Wang Tung Street, affected vehicles on Kai Tak Tunnel eastbound and Kai Cheung Road westbound heading to Kwun Tong Bypass eastbound will be diverted via Kai Fuk Road eastbound, Sheung Yee Road eastbound, Wang Chiu Road southbound and Kwun Tong Bypass eastbound.
Motorists are advised to drive with utmost care and patience. Appropriate traffic signs and road markings will be provided to guide motorists.
