TRAFFIC ADVICE
Temporary Traffic Arrangements on Lai Cheung Road, Yau Ma Tei
Motorists are advised that to facilitate the Central Kowloon Route construction works, the following temporarily traffic arrangements will be implemented on Lai Cheung Road from 1.00 a.m. to 6.00 a.m. on 19 December 2025:-
- Road Closure
The lane of Lai Cheung Road westbound leading to Hoi Wang Road northbound near The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, West Kowloon Campus will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.
- Traffic Diversion
Affected vehicles on Lai Cheung Road westbound heading for Mong Kok (West) will be diverted via Hoi Wang Road southbound, Yan Cheung Road eastbound, Yau Cheung Road northbound, Yau Cheung Road southbound, Yan Cheung Road westbound and Hoi Wang Road northbound.
Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.
