Members of the public are advised that Shing Yan Lane and a section of Shing Cheong Road between Shing Yan Lane and Kai Tak Bridge Road will be opened with effect from 9.30 a.m. on 21 December 2025.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.
