Members of the public are advised that to facilitate works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented on Hoi Bun Road from 10.00 am on 8 January 2026 to 5.00 pm on 13 January 2026:-

       Lane Closure

Part of the traffic lanes of about 60 metres on Hoi Bun Road near Hoi Bun Road Substation will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.

       Public Transport Arrangements

1. The bus and GMB stops for KMB Route Nos. 5R, 14X, 15A, 16P, 38P, 234D, 252S, 258X, 259S, 259X, 268P, 269S, CTB Route Nos. 55, 78X, 797, E22S, Kowloon GMB Route Nos. 68, 90A and 90B on Hoi Bun Road westbound opposite to Hoi Bun Road Park will be temporarily relocated about 80 metres eastwards;
   
   
2. The bus stop for KMB Route No. 5R on Hoi Bun Road eastbound near Hoi Bun Road Park will be temporarily relocated about 30 metres eastwards;
   
   
3. The bus stop for CTB Route No. E22S on Hoi Bun Road eastbound near Hoi Bun Road Park will be temporarily relocated about 20 metres eastwards;
   
   
4. The GMB stops for Kowloon GMB Route Nos. 22A, 68, 90A and 90B on Hoi Bun Road eastbound near Hoi Bun Road Park will be temporarily relocated about 120 metres eastwards; and
   
   
5. The cross harbour taxi stand on Hoi Bun Road eastbound near Hoi Bun Road Park will be temporarily suspended.

         Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists. Notices will also be displayed by public transport operators to advise passengers of the above arrangements.
