Members of the public are advised that to facilitate drainage works at Ying Yip Road, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented from 9:00 a.m. on 5 January 2026 to 7:00 p.m. on 30 May 2026:

1. All vehicles will be prohibited from making right turn movement from Ying Yip Road northbound onto Clear Water Bay Film Studio; and
2. All vehicles will be prohibited from making right turn movement from Clear Water Bay Film Studio onto Ying Yip Road northbound.

1. Affected vehicles on Ying Yip Road northbound heading to Clear Water Bay Film Studio will be diverted via Ying Yip Road northbound, roundabout and Yip Yip Road southbound; and
2. Affected vehicles from Clear Water Bay Film Studio heading to Ying Yip Road northbound will be diverted via Ying Yip Road southbound, Po Ning Road westbound, roundabout, Po Ning Road eastbound and Ying Yip Road northbound.

          Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.
