TRANSPORT DEPARTMENT NOTICE
Temporary Traffic and Transport Arrangements in Wan Chai North
Notice is hereby given that to facilitate works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented in Wan Chai North from 1.30 am to 6.00 am daily from 5 to 9 January 2026 and 12 to 14 January 2026:
(a) Road Closure
The following road sections will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic:
i. Fleming Road flyover southbound; and
ii. part of the traffic lane of Fleming Road southbound near Harbour Road.
(b) Traffic Diversion
i. Affected vehicles on Fleming Road southbound heading to Hennessy Road will be diverted via Harbour Road eastbound, Tonnochy Road northbound, Hung Hing Road eastbound, Marsh Road southbound, Marsh Road flyover, Lockhart Road westbound and Stewart Road southbound.
ii. Affected vehicles on Harbour Road westbound heading to Hennessy Road will be diverted via Harbour Drive, Harbour Road eastbound, Tonnochy Road northbound, Hung Hing Road eastbound, Marsh Road southbound, Marsh Road flyover, Lockhart Road westbound and Stewart Road southbound.
(c) Bus Diversion and Bus Stop Arrangement
The following bus diversion and bus stop arrangement will be implemented during road closure:

Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists. The bus company will display notices to advise passengers of the above temporary arrangement.
