In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 7.00 am on 2 January 2026, the westernmost lane of Telford Plaza Public Transport Interchange from a point about 30 metres south of its junction with the egress of Telford Plaza Public Transport Interchange to a point about 50 metres south of the same junction will be designated as a restricted zone for goods vehicles 24 hours daily.

         Within the restricted zone, drivers of goods vehicles, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

             (a)  picking up or setting down passengers; or

             (b)  loading or unloading goods.

         The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate road markings.

         At the same time, the restricted zone designated on the above road section will be rescinded.
