In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 a.m. on 14 January 2026 to 6.00 p.m. on 27 January 2026, the southern kerbside lane of Fuk Wa Street from a point about 60 metres west of its junction with Cheung Wah Street to a point about 110 metres west of the same junction will be temporarily designated as restricted zone 24 hours daily.

            Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

               (a)  picking up or setting down passengers; or

               (b)  loading or unloading goods.

            The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate road markings.

            At the same time, the existing restricted zone on the above road section will be temporarily rescinded.
