Motorists are advised that to facilitate road works, the following temporary traffic arrangement will be implemented with effect from 11.59 pm on 11 January 2026 to 6.00 am of the following day:

Road Closure

The following road sections will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic:

1. Parts of the fast lane of Hung Hom South Road eastbound near Hung Ling Street. All vehicles on Hung Hom South Road eastbound will be temporarily prohibited from making right turn movement onto Hung Ling Street;
   
   
2. Parts of the traffic lanes of Hung Hom South Road westbound from near Hung Ling Street to Cheong Wan Road. All vehicles on Hung Hom South Road westbound will be temporarily prohibited from making left turn movement onto Cheong Wan Road;
   
   
3. Part of the fast lane of Gillies Avenue South southbound near Hung Hom South Road; and
   
   
4. Part of the fast lane of Cheong Wan Road northbound near Hung Hom South Road.

Traffic Diversion

1. Affected vehicles on Hung Hom South Road eastbound heading for Hung Ling Street southbound are advised to travel via Hung Lai Road southbound, Hung Lok Road eastbound, Yan Yung Street northbound and Hung Hom South Road westbound; and
   
   
2. Affected vehicles on Hung Hom South Road westbound heading for Hung Hom Station via Cheong Wan Road are advised to travel via Hung Ling Street southbound, Cheong Tung Road South southbound, roundabout and Hung Hom Bypass.

Bus Diversion

During the above road closure, KMB route nos. 268B and 269B (Yuen Long and Tin Shui Wai bound) will be diverted via Hung Ling Street southbound, Cheong Tung Road South southbound, roundabout, Hung Hom Bypass, Cheong Wan Road, On Wan Road and Metropolis Drive before resuming the original routeing on Hung Hom Bypass. The existing bus stop of KMB route nos. 268B and 269B on Cheong Wan Road near Hung Hom Station will be temporarily relocated to Cheong Wan Road near Metropolis Drive.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.
