In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 11.45 pm on 24 January 2026 to 5.30 am on 25 January 2026; and from 11.45 pm on 31 January 2026 to 5.30 am on 1 February 2026, the section of Tseung Kwan O Road eastbound from a point about 900 metres west of its junction with Tseung Kwan O Tunnel Road eastbound to a point about 90 metres west of the same junction will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 50 kilometres per hour.

          Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.

         At the same time, the existing speed limit on the above road section will be temporarily rescinded.
