In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 6.00 p.m. on 30 January 2026 to 6.00 pm on 31 July 2026, the eastern kerbside lane of Kwong Yip Street from a point about 45 metres south of its junction with Fo Yip Street to a point about 135 metres south of the same junction will continue to be temporarily designated as a restricted zone 24 hours daily.

        Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

1. picking up or setting down passengers; or
2. loading or unloading goods.

        The extent of the restricted zone has been indicated by appropriate road markings.
