In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 6.00 p.m. on 31 January 2026 to 6.00 p.m. on 30 June 2026, the following road sections in Yuen Long will continue to be temporarily designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:

        (a) the section of Ping Shun Street from its junction with the unnamed access road connecting Ping Shun Street and Ma Wang Road to a point about 30 metres south of the same junction;

 
        (b) the section of the unnamed access road connecting Ping Shun Street and Ma Wang Road from its junction with Ping Shun Street to a point about 60 metres west of the same junction; and

        (c) the eastern kerbside lane of the unnamed access road connecting Ping Shun Street and Ma Wang Road from a point about 15 metres south of its junction with Ma Wang Road to a point about 40 metres south of the same junction.

        Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

        (a) picking up or setting down passengers; or

        (b) loading or unloading goods.

        The extent of the restricted zones have been indicated by appropriate road markings.
