Members of the public are advised that to facilitate the construction of Trunk Road T4, 60 nos. of bicycle parking spaces near lamp pole no. BE2461 outside San Miguel Industrial Building on Shing Wan Road will be permanently relocated to the bottom of Tsing Sha Highway near Shing Wan Road (near lamp pole no. CE0590) from 8 a.m. on 3 February 2026.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be provided on site to guide the cyclists and pedestrians.
