ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374G)
TEMPORARY RESTRICTED ZONES ON TO FUK ROAD, RUTLAND QUADRANT AND YORK ROAD, KOWLOON TONG

         In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 24 January 2026 to 6.00 pm on 29 March 2026, the following road sections will be temporarily designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily on every Saturdays and Sundays:

    1. the section of To Fuk Road from its junction with York Road to a point about 50 metres north of the same junction;
    2. the western kerbside lane of Rutland Quadrant from its junction with York Road to a point about 10 metres south of the same junction; and
    3. the northern kerbside lane of York Road from its junction with To Fuk Road to a point about 20 metres east of the same junction.

         Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

           (a)  picking up or setting down passengers; or

           (b)  loading or unloading goods.


         The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate road markings.
