In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 8.00 a.m. on 28 January 2026 to 6.00 p.m. on 10 April 2026, the following road sections will be temporarily designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:

1. 1. the northern kerbside lane of Un Chau Street from its junction with Kweilin Street to a point about 55 metres east of the same junction; and
      
      
   2. the eastern kerbside lane of Kweilin Street from its junction with Un Chau Street to a point about 45 metres north of the same junction.

       Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

            (a)  picking up or setting down passengers; or

            (b)  loading or unloading goods.

        The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate road markings.

        At the same time, the existing restricted zones on the above road sections will be temporarily rescinded.
