Members of the public are advised that in order to facilitate the construction of Trunk Road T4, the section of cycle track outside San Miguel Industrial Building on Shing Wan Road will be permanently closed from 8 a.m. on 3 February 2026. Cyclists shall dismount upon reaching the above location.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be provided on site to guide the cyclists and pedestrians.
