Motorists are advised that to facilitate road works, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented on Lung Fung Street from 7.00 am to 7.00 pm daily on every Mondays to Saturdays (except Public Holidays) from 26 January 2026 to 8 April 2026: -

1. Banning of Turning Movement

All vehicles exceeding 9 metres in length will be prohibited from making left turn movement from Sheung Fung Street northbound onto Lung Fung Street westbound.

2. Traffic Diversion

1. Vehicles exceeding 9 metres in length from Wong Tai Sin eastbound via Shatin Pass Road northbound, Ming Fung Street eastbound and Sheung Fung Street northbound heading for Lung Fung Street westbound will be diverted via Shatin Pass Road southbound, Fuk Tak Road eastbound, Po Kong Village Road northbound, Shung Wah Street westbound, Sheung Fung Street southbound and Lung Fung Street westbound;
   
   
2. Vehicles exceeding 9 metres in length from Fung Tak Road westbound via Sheung Fung Street northbound heading for Lung Fung Street westbound will be diverted via Po Kong Village Road northbound, Shung Wah Street westbound, Sheung Fung Street southbound and Lung Fung Street westbound; and
   
   
3. Vehicles exceeding 9 metres in length from Sheung Fung Street northbound heading for Lung Fung Street westbound will be diverted via Sheung Fung Street northbound, Wan Wah Street northbound, Tsz Wan Shan Road eastbound, Wai Wah Street westbound, Wan Wah Street southbound, Sheung Fung Street southbound and Lung Fung Street westbound.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.
