In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 0.01 am to 6.00 am daily during the period between 3 February 2026 and 6 February 2026, the section of San Tin Highway southbound between about chainage marker 31.2B and about chainage marker 32.2B will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 80 kilometres per hour.

Appropriate traffic signs will be erected to guide motorists.

At the same time, the existing speed limit of 100 kilometres per hour on the above road section will be temporarily rescinded.
