ROAD TRAFFIC ORDINANCE (CHAPTER 374)
Temporary Speed Limits on Tsing Kwai Highway and West Kowloon Highway

          In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 p.m. to 6.00 a.m. of the following day daily on 30 and 31 January 2026, the following road sections will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 50 kilometres per hour:

1. 1. Tsing Kwai Highway southbound from a point about 900 metres west of its junction with West Kowloon Highway to the same junction; and
      
      
   2. West Kowloon Highway southbound from its junction with Tsing Kwai Highway to a point about 300 meters east of the same junction.

         Appropriate traffic signs will be erected to guide motorists.

        At the same time, the existing speed limits on the above road sections will be temporarily rescinded.
