Members of the public are advised that, to facilitate road works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements on Fanling Highway will be implemented from 12 a.m. to 05:30 a.m. on 10 February 2026 as specified below:

(1) ROAD CLOSURE

The following road sections will be temporarily closed for all vehicular traffic:

1. The slip road leading from Tai Tau Leng roundabout to Fanling Highway westbound; and
   
   
2. The slow lane of Fanling Highway westbound from a point of about 420 meters west of its junction with the slip road leading to Tai Tau Leng roundabout (exit 9) to a point about 630 meters west of the same junction.

(2) TRAFFIC DIVERSION

1. Vehicles on Po Shek Wu Road southbound heading for Yuen Long and Kowloon will be diverted via Tai Tau Leng roundabout, Fanling Highway eastbound, Kai Leng roundabout and Fanling Highway westbound;
   
   
2. Vehicles on Fan Kam Road northbound heading for Yuen Long and Kowloon will be diverted via Tai Tau Leng roundabout, Fanling Highway eastbound, Kai Leng roundabout and Fanling Highway westbound; and
   
   
3. Vehicles on Fanling Highway Slip Road leading to Tai Tau Leng roundabout heading for Yuen Long and Kowloon will be diverted via Tai Tau Leng roundabout, Fanling Highway eastbound, Kai Leng roundabout and Fanling Highway westbound.

(3) PUBLIC TRANSPORT SERVICES ARRANGEMENTS

KMB Route No.276A (Tin Shui Wai bound), 276B (Tin Shui Wai bound), N73 (Lok Ma Chau bound), will be diverted via Tai Tau Leng roundabout, Fanling Highway eastbound, Kai Leng roundabout and Fanling Highway westbound before resuming its normal routing.

Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site. Motorists are advised to follow the instructions on site and drive in utmost care.
