ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374G)
RESTRICTED ZONE ON SIU SAI WAN (ISLAND RESORT) PUBLIC TRANSPORT INTERCHANGE

        In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 a.m. on 6 February 2026, the unnamed access road connecting the entrance and cross harbour taxi stand inside Siu Sai Wan (Island Resort) Public Transport Interchange from a point about 15 metres north of its junction with the entrance to a point about 30 metres north of the same junction will be designated as a restricted zone 24 hours daily.

        Within the restricted zone, drivers of motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:-

(a) picking up or setting down passengers; or
(b) loading or unloading goods.

The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate road markings.
