Members of the public are advised that, to facilitate the construction of Trunk Road T4, the Pedestrian and Cycle subway (No. NS 303) across Lion Road Tunnel Road will be suspended permanently with effect from 5.30 am on 14 February 2026.

        Affected pedestrians will be diverted via other nearby footpaths and temporary pedestrian crossings.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide pedestrians.
