Notice is hereby given that, to facilitate the works for public housing developments, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented from 9.00 pm to 6.00 am the following day daily during the periods from 9 February 2026 to 13 February 2026 and from 20 February 2026 to 30 March 2026 (except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays):

I. Road Closure

The section of Wah Lok Path between its junction with Wah Lam Path and a point about 20 metres east of the same junction will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.

II. Traffic Direction

The section of Wah Lok Path between a point about 20 metres east of its junction with Wah Lam Path and Wah Fu Road will be converted from one-way southbound traffic to two-way traffic.

III. Banning of Turning Movement

All vehicles will be prohibited from making left turn movement from Wah Lam Path southbound onto Wah Lok Path southbound.

IV. Traffic Diversions

(a) Affected vehicles on Wah Lam Path southbound heading for Wah Lok Path will be diverted via Wah Lam Path southbound, Wah Fu Road eastbound and Wah Lok Path northbound; and
(b) Affected vehicles originally travel via Wah Lok Path southbound heading for Wah Fu Road will be diverted via Wah Lam Path southbound.

V. Suspension of GMB Stand

The GMB stand on Wah Lok Path will be suspended.

VI. Temporary GMB Diversion

HKI GMB Route No. 23 (Kennedy Town Station bound) (circular) will be diverted via Wah Lam Path southbound and Wah Fu Road eastbound before resuming the original routeing.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists. Notices will be provided on site to inform passengers of the above arrangements.
