In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 12 a.m. on 13 February 2026 to 6 p.m. on 10 May 2026, the section of eastbound carriageway of the slip road leading from Siu Ho Wan Depot to North Lantau Highway eastbound from a point about 65 metres west of its junction with North Lantau Highway to a point about 20 metres west of the same junction will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 50 kilometres per hour.

          Appropriate traffic signs will be erected to guide motorists.

          At the same time, the existing temporary speed limit of 80 kilometres per hour on the above road section will be temporarily rescinded.
