In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374 sub. Leg. G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 a.m. on 27 February 2026 to 6.00 p.m. on 30 June 2026, the section of Choi Yuen Road between Choi Fat Street and Choi Shun Street will be temporarily designated as a prohibited zone 24 hours daily for all motor vehicles exceeding 12 metres in length.

Drivers of all motor vehicles exceeding 12 metres in length, except public buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from driving into the road section of Choi Yuen Road between Choi Fat Street and Choi Shun Street 24 hours daily.

Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide the motorists.
