In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 8.00 am on 2 March 2026 to 6.00 pm on 1 September 2026, the following road sections will be temporarily designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:

1. 1. the western kerbside lane of Nam Cheong Street northbound from a point about 60 metres north of its junction with Wai Lun Street to a point about 170 metres north of the same junction; and
      
      
   2. the eastern kerbside lane of Nam Cheong Street southbound from a point about 200 metres north of its junction with Wai Lun Street to a point about 85 metres north of the same junction.

        Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

           (a)  picking up or setting down passengers; or

           (b)  loading or unloading goods.

        The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by road markings.
