In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 6 March 2026, the following road sections will be designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:

1. 1. the southern kerbside lane of Sam Mun Tsai Road from a point about 70 metres west of its junction with Sha Lan Road to a point about 105 meters west of the same junction; and
   2. the norhern kerbside lane of Sam Mun Tsai Road from a point about 80 metres west of its junction with Sha Lan Road to a point about 105 metres west of the same junction.

      Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

1. 1. picking up or setting down passengers; or
   2. loading or unloading goods.

        The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate road markings.
