In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 27 February 2026, the existing temporary restricted zones designated 24 hours daily on To Fuk Road, Rutland Quadrant and York Road as gazetted in G.N. 504 of 2026 will be rescinded.
