Members of the public are advised that, to facilitate Hung Shui Kiu / Ha Tsuen New Development Area works, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented from 7.00 pm to 6.00 am of the following day daily between 6 March 2026 and 25 March 2026 (except Sundays and public holidays):

(I) Banning of Turning Movement

1. All vehicles will be temporarily prohibited from making left turn from the access road between Tin Shui Wai MTR Station and Kiu Cheong Road onto Kiu Cheong Road southbound; and making left turn from the open-air car park near Ping Yan Court onto Kiu Cheong Road northbound; and
2. All vehicles exceeding 12 metres in length will be temporarily prohibited from making right turn from Kiu Cheong Road southbound to the open-air car park near Ping Yan Court.

(II) Traffic Diversion

　　Motorists in the open-air car park near Ping Yan Court heading for Kiu Cheong Road northbound or Ping Ha Road westbound will be diverted via Kiu Cheong Road southbound, Kiu Fat Street eastbound and Ping Ha Road northbound.

　　Appropriate traffic signs have been erected on site to guide motorists. Motorists are advised to follow the instructions on site and drive with utmost care.
