In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that from 10 March 2026 to 31 May 2026 (except Sundays and Public Holidays), from 10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. daily, the following road sections will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 50 kilometres per hour:

1. 1. the section of Ching Cheung Road westbound from a point about 700 metres east of its intersection with Kwai Chung Road northbound to the same intersection; and
      
      
   2. the section of Kwai Chung Road northbound from its intersection with Ching Cheung Road westbound to a point about 400 metres north of the same intersection.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.

        At the same time, the existing speed limit on the above road sections will be temporarily rescinded.
