ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374G)
Learner Drivers Prohibited Zone on Choi Hing Road, Kwun Tong

      In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 13 March 2026, the section of Choi Hing Road east of Choi Hing Lane will be designated as learner drivers prohibited zone from 7.00 am to 9.30 am and from 12.00 noon to 5.00 pm daily (except Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays).

      Learner drivers, except those with permit issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from driving any vehicles into the above prohibited zone.

      The extent of the prohibited zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs.
