In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 9 a.m. on 16 March 2026, the southern kerbside lane of Ying Tung Road from its junction with Kam Tung Street to a point about 45 metres west of the same junction will be temporarily designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:-

          Within the above restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:-

• picking up or setting down passengers; or
• loading or unloading goods.

          The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate road markings.

          At the same time, the temporary restricted zones as gazetted under G.N. 5064 on 15 August 2025 will be rescinded.
